Feasibility study for the provision of a culinary school at BIFE. Bray. The brief was to provide for the conversion of two existing classrooms to a demonstration and working kitchens, together with the construction of a restaurant/barista. The spaces were required to be flexible and interactive so that all interactions become a learning experience.
