CLEARWATER

Clearwater was a 40m2 extension to the side of an existing dwelling, to replace a dark, dated kitchen dining area which had been added as a series of extensions. 
Designed for a retired couple the extension needed to be large enough to accommodate the extended family at celebration times, while not being overwhelming when there were just two people in the house.
The result was a light filled space with defined spaces.
