FEE STRUCTURE
Every project is unique and depending on the scope of works the fee structure will be unique to you project. we have outlined some of our standard fees below. All fees below are exclusive of VAT, which is charged at 23%. Properties located further then 20km from Bray may incur a travel charge.
- On-site consultation - €175 which will be off-set against the overall fees if the project goes ahead.
- Snag list - prior to purchasing an Apartment - from €400
- Snag list - prior to purchasing a New House - from €500
- Property inspection and report - prior to purchasing second hand house - from €650
- Certificates of Compliance with Planning Permission and Building regulations (exempted development only) - €750
- Project supervisor design process (Health & Safety) - from €550
- Disability access certificates applications - from €1,250
